  Be prepared to wait, long wait time. If you have a return and it is your turn in line and the employee does not know how to do then you will have to wait untill some one that know is available. I had a return and was given back about 7 dollars less than what i had paid ofcourse the employee could not explain why. Im not shopping at this specific location again. Beeing a store in river oaks mall they should really treat the very few customers that go there nice.
