  I called city bank customer service line to ensure i could handle some business at this location and was told i could with no holds or problems. I took it a step farther by calling this bank branch so i can be reassured my business could and would be handled that day and was assured by a banker it was simple and no problem, "come in and we will take care of you". Great! So I get there and was told No we can not handle this today it would take a week or so. Really!!!??
  
  Now, i don't mind the time if your customer service line and your branch employee had not assured me you could assist me. I gave them detailed info on exactly what i needed. I was upset that i wasted my time and gas to drive to your distant branch location. The banker asked me to check out their different programs..NO THANK YOU! I went across the street to BANK OF AMERICA where it took 24 hours to do what city bank said would take a week or so to complete!! THANK YOU BANK of AMERICA!
  I'm finally ready to buy and my friend recently told me to check you all out for a mortgage loan..NO THANK YOU! The disappointment in inaccurate information and limited branch locations gives me the impression of limited options and misinformed information. The one star is for the security guard who opened the door and greeted me and wish me a good day on my way out, now that was a pleasant plus! Maybe he should be a representative since he was the best representation of city bank.
