  I went to pick up my glasses at 4:00 PM on Friday the 23rd and they were closed. Even though they are supposed to be open until 4:30 on M-F. Then today (Saturday) I was headed to pick the glasses up and they’re closed early AGAIN. Online it says they’re open until 2:00 PM but when I called the offices after already driving there, the automated voice says they close at 1:00. I’m sick of wasting my time and gas because they don’t know how to be consistent with their hours. Fix it and update it accordingly. There is no reason why I should come to a place at 4:00 PM and it’s closed when they say they’ll be open until 4:30. It’s unacceptable.

  I was so happy my eye glasses were going to arrive after 2 months patiently waiting. My sight is very blurry unfortunately, and i cant live without my eye glasses. Anyways, i called and was asked for my name and date of birth then put on hold for about 10min. After that, the lady said that my insurance hasn't gone through to cover the cost of my glasses. Omg, why wasn't i notified of this before calling....and after 2mon. Someone could've at least called me and told me about this matter. I felt like something inside me just died or drained. You trust these people to do a good job, but seems like some of us could care less about the importance of others.
