  Brought the car in to get checked out. Found a bunch of problems. I got the major things repaired. Communication was good, until i called about the final bill and when would the car be ready. I was charged about $200 for nuts, bolts, screws and or washers. Really??? For pieces that should have came with the parts. I’ve never seen anything that has to be installed that doesn’t come with the items needed for the install. That’s $200+ dollars than i was quoted. And that’s with a warranty. Still paying over grand.

  This place thought they could use the old bait and switch... Called me in for a test drive of a vehicle that I liked online, but when I got there, one hour later, they said it sold last night. And then tried to actually sell me anything after wasting my time...NOT!

  The service department was excellent. I arrived and they immediately checked out my car, gave me a loaner and made the repairs. Great customer service.
